INGREDIENTS
  • 50g PureBred Gluten Free Multigrain Loaf breadcrumbs
  • 800g cauliflower, trimmed, cut into florets and blanched
  • 220g grated mature cheddar
  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tblsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sage, chopped
  • salt and pepper
STEPS

STEP 1.Pre-heat the oven to 250C. Put the cauliflower, half the cheese, the milk and cream into a large bowl and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture between 4 ramekins.

STEP 2.Mix the remaining cheese, sage, breadcrumbs and melted butter together in a small bowl. Sprinkle over the cauliflower mixture.

STEP 3.Place on a baking tray. Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.

STEP 4.Remove the tinfoil and bake for another 10 mins until the breadcrumbs are golden. Serve.
